About the future of housing, the residential market in Bratislava and the activities of Mint Investments with Sebastien Dejanovski.
The space between the Danube and the former bus station has undergone a fundamental change in recent years. Industrial halls and warehouses have disappeared and a new modern center, also known as Bratislava's downtown, is being built. Among the latest projects that will complete the existing territory is the Metropolis project. It discovered the shape in the autumn of last year and will bring two atypical M-shaped towers to the capital. With its high-quality architectural design, it wants to become a timeless project that its inhabitants will perceive not only as a residential house. We talked about Metropolis and its implementation with Sebastien Dejanovsky from the investment company Mint Investments, which is behind the project.
