Blumental, which has twelve above ground and two underground storeys, is located on a former brownfield site near the Račianske mýto junction in north part of the city centre. It comprises 21,597 sqm of leasable space, of which more than 16,000 sqm is offices and almost 3,500 sqm is retail/services.
When we first came to the site where Blumental was to be built, it was an abandoned brownfield and a black mark on the map of Bratislava. Today, we are handing it over as one of the most successful office projects in the country and the beating heart of the surrounding district. I am very proud to present this as our first divestment and a prelude to even more ambitious sustainable developments to come.
