"O2 has changed significantly over the past year. The engine of change was the agile transformation, which undoubtedly contributes to even better services that we offer to our customers. Today, a change of offices is added to this internal transformation. We tried to lay out the new premises in such a way as to stimulate teamwork and contribute to the most effective cooperation across all departments. I am convinced that the new premises will not only provide us with working comfort, but especially help in inspiring new ideas in creating the best services for our customers. I am personally very pleased that we are taking the view of the Danube with us, as well as our corporate values and culture, which are the pillars of products and services," explained Igor Tóth, CEO of O2.

The heart of the new premises is the outdoor terrace with a view of the Danube and the Petrel side of Bratislava. An internal interior staircase was also added, which more naturally connects the individual floors with the offices. The premises do not lack a gym, a central kitchen with a dining room, showers or facilities for bicycles, as the company supports alternative methods of transport to work and a healthy lifestyle for its employees. During the move, O2 donated preserved furniture to several schools and the Bratislava municipality. The books also went to the Bratislava city library.

BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH AGIL
"Customers come with increasingly demanding requirements and we want to meet them in time. This is also why we as a company decided to switch to an agile way of working - mainly for flexibility, efficiency, better predictability and planning of work procedures. After a year, we can already see the first successful projects, which have also been transformed into specific products and services for our customers, the preparation of which involved entire teams of newly assembled specialists. For example, we brought the O2 Junior SIM, which is designed directly for the needs of parents and their children. We also digitized the purchase of a flat rate through our application, brought eSIM for the Apple Watch, and also successfully launched the commercial sale of optical internet," said Milan Morávek, commercial director at O2.

One of the first successful campaigns in an agile setting was the data donation during last year's Christmas campaign, when O2 donated 10 GB, and if the customer sent it to a friend or acquaintance, it turned into unlimited data. Also, thanks to the optimization of internal processes, it was possible to launch commercial sales of optical internet at the beginning of this year. Another successful product that O2 introduced in the spring is the O2 Junior SIM card. Until now, there has not been a simple program designed for the needs of parents and their children on the market. The O2 Junior SIM removes all previous barriers and significantly facilitates parental control over consumption and unwanted content on their children's mobile phones. The new O2 Security service also protects customers from harmful content. Since April, customers have also been able to comfortably purchase a new flat rate simply through the application, as O2 has digitized the process of purchasing and activating the flat rate.

"Digitalization continues to be a priority at O2, which is why we plan to expand digital services with other innovations in the future that will make life easier for customers. O2's goal is to be the most recommended partner for digital services," adds Morávek.

O2 currently offers customers the third generation of O2 Flat-rate, which is characterized by the simplicity of the offer, innovative approach to additional services and attractive content. As the first and only operator, O2 offers the most popular streaming platform Netflix in the price of a selected flat rate. Also very popular is the Cashback service, which refunds customers with unlimited flat-rate data for unused data - and thanks to this, the customer does not have to feel bad that they were deprived of it unnecessarily.
