Milan Dubec, executive director of Reinoo, said that the most innovative companies in the region working on international projects will be housed in the approved building. According to him, the proximity to the University of Žilina is one of the reasons why companies like this location. "Thanks to better access to young talents already during their studies, it enables these companies to have a competitive advantage over others," added Dubec.
Offices as a benefit for employees
Obchodná offers its tenants an innovative concept of office and business premises of the highest standard. The dominant feature of the building is the relaxing rooftop zone with an amazing panoramic view, which offers space for relaxation or organizing various events.

Regarding the requirements of the tenants for the premises, the developer Reinoo said that they are constantly shifting and many times represent an extra benefit of the company for its employees. The greatest interest is in office spaces with a higher standard in the open office style, which are spacious, have high ceilings, are energy efficient, innovative and similar.
The design of the office premises is carried out by the developer within the framework of the LEED and WELL international certification systems. For both, he aspires to obtain Platinum level certificates. While LEED mainly monitors the environmental impact of construction and the economical operation of the building, WELL focuses on the satisfaction of its employees/users.
By combining these two systems, we achieve satisfaction on the part of the tenants, in the form of low operating costs, and their employees in the form of a pleasant working environment. "The design of the common areas of the building, including the entrance lobby, was designed by the Reinoo design team - Petra Hromcová and Renáta Dubec," Reinoo said.
They are currently finishing the landscaping on the building's green roof and its surroundings. The paved areas that will serve as communication routes and also as terraces for gastro establishments on the ground floor are already ready. The space for storing bicycles, including a changing room and showers for cyclists, is already ready.
