Since the acquisition of Aupark Tower in 2018 by the financial group WOOD & Company, this object has undergone a series of significant changes that have significantly raised it to a higher level.

The transformation steps include not only aesthetic and technical innovations, but also several measures
in the field of energy efficiency and sustainability.The result is an Excellent certificate
in the category BREEAM In-Use, energy certificate A and thus inclusion in the elite group of properties.

Over the years, Aupark Tower has become not only a modern working environment,
but also a demonstration of how the commercial world can be in harmony with ecological and cultural values. Currently, it is one of the important attributes that decide when choosing commercial office space. This is also confirmed by the signing of a long-term green contract with an important international company on an area of ​​more than 7,000 m².

New clothes of common areas

One of the most fundamental and at the same time visually significant improvements is the redesign of the common entrance areas, including the installation of the artwork "Divnô" by the Czech architect Petr Vacek. This 7.5 meter high steel sculpture is inspired by Janko Kráľ's ballad
and represents a harmonious combination of art and modern design.

"We planned to invest in the reconstruction and redesign of the building when we acquired it in 2018, while we perceived the need to give it new energy and highlight its exclusive character. We believed in the great potential of this project to remain among the most attractive administrative buildings in Bratislava in the long term," says Miroslav Hilčík,

The artwork "Divnô" not only enriches the aesthetic experience of the Aupark Tower, but also emphasizes WOOD & Company's commitment to sustainability and the promotion of culture. The installation is an example of the combination of art and business, which harmonizes the formal work environment.

In addition to the main installation, the work also contains four additional sculptures created from metal letters - waste from the production of the main object. A new minimalist architectural approach
with the dominant piece, it adds exclusivity and uniqueness to the space, while creating a pleasant and inspiring atmosphere. The entrance hall is also open to the public, so anyone can enjoy this work.

The offices are fully occupied

Aupark Tower is one of the most popular office spaces in Bratislava thanks to its lucrative location, just a stone's throw from Sad Janko Kráľ and the historic center. Also thanks to that
is attractive to tenants, as evidenced by the arrival of more than 10 new clients in recent years.

Energy efficiency and technical innovations
