The construction area is bordered on the north by Pribinova Street, on the east by the aforementioned bridge, on the west by a residential building of the first phase of the Eurovea complex and on the south by the Danube embankment. Developer J&T Real Estate (JTRE) plans to complete construction work in 2022 and 2023.

The main part of the Eurovea 2 zone consists of six buildings. These are - the expansion of the shopping center, the underground garage, the Eurovea Riverside apartment building, the two administrative buildings Pribinova X and Pribinova Y and the first residential skyscraper Eurovea Tower.
