Between Hutná and Cesta na Štadión streets in Banská Bystrica, new multifunctional houses called Hutná Complex are to be built. This follows from the intention submitted for the environmental impact assessment (EIA) by the development group Profinex, which plans to invest approximately 36.415 mil. eur.

The continuation of the attractive N! Do project on the corner of Trnavská cesta and Tomášikova Street is making rapid progress. Developer IURIS Group builds on the award-winning first part, both in terms of concept and architecture. Unlike the older part of the project, however, it adds civic amenities or modified outdoor spaces, which will also be accessible to the general public.
Along with the completion of the administrative building and the unveiling of the facade of the new tallest residential tower in Slovakia, the Klingerka project will also create a city park. The new park on the borders of the Ružinov and Staré Mesto districts will extend from the car park by the residential tower to the development of family houses. The first Slovak skyscraper reports an important milestone. Developer J&T Real Estate began pouring the concrete slab of the Eurovea Tower on Friday. With 168 meters, it will be the tallest building in Slovakia and officially the first skyscraper in the country.
The heating plant in Bratislava, designed by the legendary Slovak architect Dušan Jurkovič, has been reconstructed. It has been transformed into a modern building with 3,900 square meters of flexible space and a total capacity of approximately 450 seats in shared workspaces. It was renovated as part of the Sky Park by Zaha Hadid project by Penta Real Estate. After the pilot project of flexible leasing, the developer will open a so-called coworking, in the Churchill building in Prague its premises under the BASE brand and in the Jurkovič heating plant already in August.
At the intersection of Tomášikova and Vajnorská streets and Lake Kuchajda in Bratislava's New Town, the construction of the Lakeside Park 02 office building continues. Work is proceeding according to plan; currently, the tenth above-ground floor of a total of thirteen is under construction.
