Alza has opened a new logistics center in Senec

Alza wants to deliver even more orders on the same day this Christmas. This is to enable the company to expand its storage capacity by 39% and further strengthen AlzaExpres transport. Storage areas in Slovakia have doubled not only thanks to the new logistics center in Senec but also due to the increase in the capacity of the upcoming premises. This will enable faster delivery of shipments in Slovakia, Hungary, and Moravia.

Corporate real estate (CRE) investment within Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) increased in Q3 by 14%, to a record €2.297 billion, with total yearly volume up 6% according to the most recent report on CEE property investment from CBRE.
