The hybrid way of working is changing the commercial real estate rental market. WOOD Real Estate responds to changes in requirements by introducing its own concept of furnished offices called ZONE. The innovative space near the center, divided into zones, offers a high degree of flexibility in terms of both the offer of office space and the terms of the lease. Since September, it has been available mainly to smaller companies, independent teams and professionals in the BBC5 building on Plynárenská street in Bratislava.
Bratislava has been experiencing a construction boom of new administrative buildings in recent years. The area of modern office space has increased by a quarter in 10 years, and even by almost 60% since 2008. Even under the influence of the pandemic, the requirements of companies for offices are different today than they used to be.
Aupark is adding hundreds of photovoltaic panels to increase waste sorting, low-energy lighting and the use of sanitary facilities with minimal water use. They are located on the roof of a multi-storey car park P1, which is part of the Bratislava shopping center.
