It has not been a secret for some time that the developer J&T Real Estate (JTRE) plans to stop the land between Dostojevského rada, Krupková and Pribinová. An administrative building is to be built here, while previous visualizations indicated that it would be an object with an extravagant shape. The definitive form of the plan has been revealed in recent days.
Currently, the tallest residential building in Slovakia, the Klingerka project from J&T Real Estate, is beginning to take on its final face. After removing the scaffolding from the lower part of the building, the upper part of the eastern façade also begins to be exposed. Soon, the color scheme of the building, which should associate the jute bags with a link to the original factory, should be full.
Bratislava is a city of high-rise buildings. Although there are still occasional debates about whether the towers belong to the Slovak capital, the fact is that there are dozens of vertical dominants and more dozens will be added. But which one is the best or the most attractive?
The "Best Upcoming in Development" award was given by the jury of the CIJ Awards Slovakia modern district, which is growing on the site of a former industrial zone on the Danube embankment. Already the 16th year of the longest awarded real estate awards in Slovakia in 20 categories presented up to 77 nominated best projects, companies and teams operating on the real estate market. A jury of twelve renowned experts in the real estate, investment, architectural and construction industries selected the winners in a two-stage vote. Readers of CIJ EUROPE magazine, which announces the awards, were also involved in the voting.
Knowledge of development companies and projects is lower in the Bratislava region compared to Bratislava. A significant part of the population of the region, but also of the city, cannot name a single company or project. University-educated men tend to have the best overview in this sector. This follows from an exclusive survey conducted for the advertising agency 2Create in Go4Insight.
