JTRE evaluated the student competition for the promenade bridge to Nový Lido and approaches the appearance of the district

In the future, Bratislava could acquire a promenade pedestrian bridge following the example of several world capitals. Developer J&T Real Estate plans to combine its Eurovea projects and the upcoming New Lido on the individual Danube embankments in this way. For this purpose, he announced and in the meantime evaluated the student competition, where he looked for new perspectives on the possible form and shape of the bridge connection.

The identity of the IT giant that is moving into the Nové Apollo office complex in Bratislava has been revealed to be IBM.

Another construction will soon start on Šancova

Šancová Street is one of the busiest, if not the busiest streets in Bratislava. The development in the area consists mainly of compact blocks from the first half of the 20th century. Only a minimum of land remains vacant, but even this is only a temporary situation - the implementation of projects that will significantly contribute to the completion of urbanization of the street may start soon.

The Hutná multifunctional complex will begin to be built in Banská Bystrica next year

Between Hutná and Cesta na Štadión streets in Banská Bystrica, new multifunctional houses called Hutná Complex are to be built. This follows from the intention submitted for the environmental impact assessment (EIA) by the development group Profinex, which plans to invest approximately 36.415 mil. eur.

N!do 2 advances rapidly, most of the buildings are in the rough construction stage

The continuation of the attractive N! Do project on the corner of Trnavská cesta and Tomášikova Street is making rapid progress. Developer IURIS Group builds on the award-winning first part, both in terms of concept and architecture. Unlike the older part of the project, however, it adds civic amenities or modified outdoor spaces, which will also be accessible to the general public.

The Klingerka will bring a large modern park with a playground to Ružinov in Bratislava

Along with the completion of the administrative building and the unveiling of the facade of the new tallest residential tower in Slovakia, the Klingerka project will also create a city park. The new park on the borders of the Ružinov and Staré Mesto districts will extend from the car park by the residential tower to the development of family houses. It will offer residents and visitors near the Apollo Bridge a public space and a place to relax and sports.
