Developer Penta Real Estate has officially announced that it is starting the construction of a further tower in the Sky Park project. The Sky Park Residence 4 building, ie an apartment tower, which will be located east of the already completed three identical buildings, is being built. Bratislava's downtown will be supplemented by a new high-rise building.
The multifunctional building Račianska - Pionierska in Novo Mesto was introduced in the course of 2018, when the intention of the project with housing, shops and offices near an important city crossroads was revealed. There has been opposition to the development associated with the appeals, but now the procedure for the location of the building is being reopened.

The real estate fund of the WOOD & Company investment group has become the new owner of the BBC 1 and BBC 1 Plus office buildings in the Bratislava central business zone. The group bought the administrative complex providing a total leasable area of 25,500 m2 from the Austrian real estate group CA Immo. The price of the transaction was not disclosed.
Developer HB Reavis is one of the companies that has been hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic. Preventive measures have affected key parts of the company's business, ie the construction and provision of administrative and retail premises. Despite the uncertainty, the developer continues to prepare a large office complex New Apollo.
