Hello, I would like to inquire about renting a small office, which should serve as a branch (workplace) of a law firm (headquarters of AK in Bratislava). However, it is a matter of specificity that whether a natural person - a non-VAT payer - could be in the position of a tenant. I am an employee of a law firm (legal assistant registered in the SAK list), and for family reasons I need to work from Košice. For now, I work mainly in BA, but I stay in Košice for a week or two at home - office. However, I would need a small office space - a workplace. In the event that it is necessary to pay additional VAT separately, it is not a problem, I just wonder if it is even possible to consider concluding a rental agreement on the part of the tenant: a natural person, social security number, who is an employee (self-employed)? Thank you very much for your reply. Sincerely
