We are looking for non-residential premises in the Prešov location for an indefinite lease from 1 January 2025, which are to be used for 20 employees of the regional office. These are office premises with interior equipment and parking spaces (non-residential premises with interior equipment and common areas, such as sanitary facilities, kitchenette, conference room and parking spaces - described in more detail below in the Technical specification section). The area of the administrative premises should correspond to the adequate need for administrative premises in terms of the layout of the workplace consisting of desks, sufficient interior equipment and work equipment for the placement of workplaces.
Interior requirements:
§ Office premises with an area according to the number of employees min. 7.5 m2 for 1 employee with interior equipment (1 pc/person office desk and chair, cupboard with drawers for office supplies, min. 2 cupboards for archiving documents - an area corresponding to the adequate need for administrative space in terms of the layout of the workplace consisting of working tables, sufficient interior equipment and work equipment for the placement of workplaces for 20 people (either walk-through or side-by-side offices with an area of min. 7.5m2/person, or 1 shared office - open space), including facilities - social facilities, etc. in accordance with Regulation of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 391/2006 on minimum safety and health requirements for the workplace,
§ Doors to the office premises equipped with a security insert, with the possibility of locking the office premises for individual employees,
§ Windows with the possibility of ventilation for all offices providing daylight Dmin = 1.5% and Dm = 3%, (STN 73 0580-1), in case the windows cannot be opened, air conditioning and ventilation are provided
§ Offices should be equipped with artificial lighting, min. Em = 200 lx, (Decree No. 541/2007 Coll. Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic on details of requirements for lighting at work), Each office must be equipped with: - min. 2 sockets 230 V (± 10%) at a frequency of 50 Hz (± 0.2) / person (STN EN 50 160), - min. 1 internet socket (LAN)/person, - min. 1 pc connection to a fixed telephone line/office,
§ Office floor covered with PVC, floating floor or ceramic tile or other washable surface,
§ The lessor ensures regular cleaning (at least once a week) and maintenance of the premises. Location: within the inner city, public transport stops within 10 minutes on foot. Security of the building and technological equipment: § Controlled entrance to the building in which the office premises are located (camera system, possibly reception), § Heating - central, § Shading provided by blinds or blinds, § Individual energy measurement (electricity, water)
