TOWER 115 is an office building – with its 115 metres that makes it the highest building and thus the tallest high-rise of Slovakia’s capital. Because of this, the building adds a distinctive additional benefit to its premises – a beautiful view of Bratislava and its surroundings. The 28 storeys of TOWER 115 offer maximum comfort and opportunities for business and relaxation.
TOWER 115 is the answer to the current trends and changing needs of a modern and dynamic city. At the very same time, however, it marks the beginning of a new development era of high-rising buildings in this intensively developing city quarter.
TOWER 115 is strategically located. The building is situated directly in a significant node between city-transportation and suburb-transportation, with a direct connection to motorways and Bratislava’s urban ring. The accessibility at this occasion is significantly improved also by the Apollo-bridge connecting the outer motorway-ring on the Petržalka side with the city centre.
Bratislava is an economically significant part of the European industrial-commercial zone Bratislava – Vienna – Budapest and so the proximity of the airports of Bratislava and Vienna is extremely welcome.
At the very same time, TOWER 115 offers also the beautiful scenery of the Danube and an immediate access to the new multifunctional Eurovea-centre. It is also part of the embankment promenade linking it with the historic city centre.
The "Best Upcoming in Development" award was given by the jury of the CIJ Awards Slovakia modern district, which is growing on the site of a former industrial zone on the Danube embankment. Already the 16th year of the longest awarded real estate awards in Slovakia in 20 categories presented up to 77 nominated best projects, companies and teams operating on the real estate market. A jury of twelve renowned experts in the real estate, investment, architectural and construction industries selected the winners in a two-stage vote. Readers of CIJ EUROPE magazine, which announces the awards, were also involved in the voting.
