Housing in almost 200 flats, parking and job opportunities are to be added in the planned modern development of Petržalka City - 1st stage in the Bratislava-Petržalka district. The plan will be part of a new center in this largest part of the city with more than 100,000 inhabitants under the name of the Cultural and Social and Sports Center of Petržalka. It is a long-term project with a completion horizon of approximately 10 years

The Bratislava project Lakeside Park 02, growing by Lake Kuchajda, relied on aluminum materials, which, thanks to a significantly reduced CO2 footprint, obtained certification of environmental products.

The heating plant in Bratislava, designed by the legendary Slovak architect Dušan Jurkovič, has been reconstructed. It has been transformed into a modern building with 3,900 square meters of flexible space and a total capacity of approximately 450 seats in shared workspaces. After the pilot project of flexible leasing, the developer will open a so-called coworking, in the Churchill building in Prague its premises under the BASE brand and in the Jurkovič heating plant already in August.

WOOD & Company has obtained a loan of EUR 229.5m, one of the highest amounts in the domestic real estate market, to refinance the debt of the Aupark shopping centre in Bratislava. The financing will be provided by several European banking groups, all of which have operated historically in Slovakia.
