In the second quarter of this year, the supply of office space in Bratislava reached more than 1.96 mil. square meters. This follows from the press release of the Bratislava Research Forum (BRF).
Developer HB Reavis is heading to the opening of the Niva complex on Mlynské Nivy in Bratislava, which will be a combination of a new international bus terminal, a shopping center, a market and a high-rise office building at the end of the summer.

The Slovak IT company Softec has become the largest tenant in the Einpark Offices building in Bratislava with the highest international environmental certificate LEED Platinum. The building, which is located by the city highway in Petržalka opposite the Incheba exhibition center, is from the workshop of architects A1 ReSpect + OFIS architects and its developer is Corwin. It was completed in 2020 and has 14 thousand square meters. Employees of office space workers also participated.
