The start of the construction of the first stage of the project is planned at the end of 2026. Revival of a postponed project: The Prešovská complex receives the green light from the Municipality

The project in the area of Prešovská Street, which was suspended for a long time due to disagreements with the public, is coming back to the fore. The new investor in the project is the company Fundus s.r.o., close to the construction company Hornex, and the architectural documentation was prepared by Peter Kucharovič.
