The real estate health index improved to 2.57 in October. However, the real estate market is likely to slow down in November, as the forecast announces a deterioration in the value of the index to 2.65. The real estate portal Nehnuteľnosti.sk informed about it.
At the recent ground-breaking ceremony for the Nesto project, we unveiled our plan to run an architectural and urban design competition. Today we are releasing further details about the terms of the competition and the participating studios.
