The construction of the Obchodná administrative building began in the Vlčince district of Žilina on Wednesday. After its completion, more than 13,000 square meters (m2) of leasable areas and more than 500 parking spaces in the underground garage and parking house will be created. It should be completed in the second quarter of 2023, the cost of construction will reach 18 million euros.

The modern administrative building Obchodná 1 has been growing since July this year in the Poštová Business Zone in the regional city of Žilina. The center of the northern part of Slovakia is developing dynamically and currently has more than 82,000 inhabitants.
