New tenants came to the Einpark administrative-residential complex with the greenest Einpark Offices offices with the LEED Platinum sustainability certificate in Petržalka, Bratislava. These are the multinational companies Dentsply Sirona and Metrohm.
Work is continuing on the construction of the new Bratislava district, which will be created by the expansion and completion of the current Eurovea zone from 2010. The progress of the builders can best be seen from the nearby Apollo Bridge, which connects the center with Petržalka.
Bratislava's Ružinov has a new square. Penta Real Estate has sold a development site in Warsaw’s Wola-Centrum district to Lincoln Property Company and Enern for around EUR 25 mln. The Form office building, which will contain app. 30,000 sqm of office space, is to be built on the purchased plot.
In these weeks and months, the developer J&T Real Estate is completing the construction of the multifunctional Klingerka complex, but is also making progress in preparing for the construction of its continuation. Klingerka II and III, which will fill the area after the former Gumon factory, received positive binding opinions from the City Hall. In the optimistic case, the development could be implemented as early as the beginning of 2023.
YIT Slovakia is launching the sale of the next stage of the NUPPU project called Magnolia 1. Unlike the previous stages, Magnolia 1 will be sold not only as standard, but also with partial interior equipment. It will also be the first stage, where prefabricated structural elements will be used to a large extent, the use of which will speed up the construction and bring several other benefits. In addition to the interior equipment, the owners of the apartments of this stage will also be able to use all the benefits of this popular Ružinov project - the central courtyard, carsharing services, the Package box or charging stations for electric cars. The expected date of approval of the Magnolia stage 1 is in the middle of 2023.
