CIJ EUROPE will be hosting the 18th Slovakia CIJ Awards in Bratislava, Slovakia on the 22nd November 2022 at the Radisson BLU Carlton Hotel, Bratislava. The CIJ Awards are longest-running commercial property awards event for Slovakia and have evolved continuously over the past 18 years to keep pace with changes in local, regional and international property markets.
The family company FABRICK SK from Veľké Meder has been specializing in the realization of brick facades for over 20 years. After the successful implementation of projects such as Zuckermandel, STEIN 2, TWIN CITY or NIVY, they enthusiastically accepted another challenge in the Bratislava downtown in the form of the ZWIRN project. The first stage will be decorated with almost 10,000 m2 of brick cladding.

Even under the influence of the pandemic, the requirements of companies for offices are different today than they used to be.
According to the Council for Tall Buildings and the Urban Environment (CTBUH), Bratislava will become the 201st city in the world with a skyscraper, i.e. a building with a height of at least 150 meters
In August, the company Penta Real Estate became the owner of a plot of land in the Bratislava - Nové Mesto district. The land with an area of almost 4.5 hectares, bordered by Vajnorská and Odborárska streets, was acquired as part of the bankruptcy proceedings from the bankrupt - the company Fiscal Services Internatiol, s.r.o.
