In August, the company Penta Real Estate became the owner of a plot of land in the Bratislava - Nové Mesto district. The land with an area of almost 4.5 hectares, bordered by Vajnorská and Odborárska streets, was acquired as part of the bankruptcy proceedings from the bankrupt - the company Fiscal Services Internatiol, s.r.o.

The administrative complex Lakeside Park 02 in Bratislava's Nové Mesto received a approval decision. The project is officially completed and the first tenants will start moving in in September. The approval decision entered into force on August 9 of this year. The building is the result of cooperation between Immocap and Wood & Company.
A 30-story administrative building with an entrance square is part of the multi-functional area of the bus station in Bratislava's Mlynské nivá. The object is located in the south-eastern part of the treated area. The generously designed area of the square is a public space with a fountain and urban furniture.
