Bratislava's Ružinov has a new square. Last week, a new square near Pradiarna 1900 was officially approved, which will make the surroundings of this national cultural monument more pleasant and in the future will connect the building with the rest of the ZWIRN project. While the residential part of the project of the developer YIT Slovakia and the investor RSJ is currently under construction, the premises of Pradiarna have been serving the first tenants for almost a year and are welcoming others these days.
One of the most striking developments on the central London’s skyline has reached its highest point with a topping out on the 19th floor. The £400 million mixed-use Triptych Bankside comprises three distinctive sweeping towers, with 169 luxury apartments in two blocks, 80,000 sq ft of prime grade A commercial space in a nine-storey building, plus 9,900 sq ft of retail.
In the last year, an administrative and commercial building was added in the northern part of the central city zone of Košice. As part of the thickening of the development, it filled the empty space between Továrenská and Hviezdoslavova streets. Due to its processing and layout, the building even met the strict conditions for the award of the LEED Gold certificate.
The multifunctional building Tabáň is a new residential project in Nitra and at the same time the largest residential complex in the center of this regional town. The multifunction with seven above-ground and two underground floors brought to the market a total of 264 new flats and apartments, 28 retail spaces and 359 parking spaces on two underground floors.
SKY PARK is located in the former industrial zone, in the developing Bratislava "downtowne" and in two phases will bring a total of six high-rise buildings to the Bratislava real estate market.
Employees will gradually return to the offices for the rest of this year. The main drivers in this respect are smaller companies with less than 100 employees who would like to have them physically back at work. Therefore, the offices will not disappear in the future. However, flexible, in other words hybrid work is gaining in popularity. Nearly 80 percent of companies with more than 10,000 employees are in favor of this form of work organization. This is the result of a global survey of the real estate consulting company CBRE among 130 companies from various countries in the region of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Penta Real Estate has sold a development site in Warsaw’s Wola-Centrum district to Lincoln Property Company and Enern for around EUR 25 mln. The Form office building, which will contain app. 30,000 sqm of office space, is to be built on the purchased plot.
